The Marketing/Administrative Assistant is a role that requires strong organizational skills and a desire to possess a thorough knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry. An ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of branding and marketing tools. The candidate will have knowledge/experience in administration including advanced utilization of Excel with the ability to manipulate and interpret information from multiple datasets.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field; Advanced technical knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel; Knowledge of Desktop Publishing and Adobe Photoshop; experience/knowledge of online marketing tools; previous administrative and marketing experience of business-to-business services.
- Coordinate account activities on a daily basis.
- Lead and supervise the receiving, storage and shipping of product in a manner that meets customer requirements, productivity, quality control, safety and security.
Minimum qualifications include: Strong administration skills, previous lead experience and an ability to handle stress caused in meeting deadlines with tight scheduling requirements; transportation and/or logistics experience a plus.
