Customer Representative

Third-party logistics provider requires an energetic, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, communication, and data entry skills.

Act as a liaison between the company and the customer in coordinating logistics activities between customer, warehouse and transportation operations. Responsibilities include inventory management, order management, processing inbound, and outbound activity, bill of ladings; schedule pickup and delivery appointments with LTL and TL carriers; Strong verbal, telephone & written (email) communication skills; Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Minimum qualifications include Bachelor’s degree; Warehouse management system (WMS) and/or logistics experience a plus. The position is full time with a benefit package including family coverage and 401K plan
