Valley Distribution has its very own transportation carrier to service you. CDS transportation was founded as City Delivery Service in 1953 by its current owner and president, John J. Passan. Beginning with one straight truck, CDS has evolved into a full truckload carrier utilizing 20 tractors and 100 dry van and flatbed trailers. CDS
transportation has been serving the Local, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast regions for over fifty years and will continue to build upon our experience in the transportation industry.

We will provide customer’s with innovative logistics and transportation solutions, while delighting with exceptional service.

Safety

CDS transportation incorporates a rigid inspection schedule for all tractors and trailers. There is great communication between the drivers and CDS through monthly safety committee meetings, monthly driver tailgate talks complimented with quarterly driver safety meetings.
