Valley uses our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to keep up with the ever changing technology needs of customers. Our system's capability with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is used to keep information and data organized. The use of EDI makes communication between Valley and the customers accurate and fast. In addition to EDI, we do an exchange of flat files, custom interfaces, and less sophisticated methods.

The WMS offers canned as well as customized reporting options based on our customers needs. Reports can be easily emailed and uploaded to any computer by using Microsoft Excel. Electronic records and scanning capabilities are available, too. Another benefit offered is the scheduling of reports to go out automatically! With our WMS we can offer our customers the ability to track inventory quantities and notify them of low order threshold amounts so inventories can be replenished. We also offer the ability to track your inventory by FIFO, Storer Lot, or Expiration Date and can print your labels in many formats! With these inventory tracking options, detailed traceability for your inventory can be easily supplied as well as product recall. Valley can work in the customer's system on the web or their systems on site.
