Q: DOES VALLEY PROVIDE COLD STORAGE?

No. Our space is all ambient.

Q: WHAT TRANSPORTATION SERVICES DOES VALLEY OFFER?

Valley owns a regional truckload carrier CDS Transportation. CDS provides dry van and flatbed services in the Mid-Atlantic region. CDS also has brokerage division for national coverage.

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

The warehouse hours are from 7:00am-3:30pm M-F. The office hours are 8:00am-4:30pm M-F. Our hours of services can be expanded when a customer has a special requirement.

Q: IS VALLEY RAIL SERVED?

Yes. Valley is serviced direct by two class 1 railroads, the Canadian Pacific and Norfolk Southern.

Q: ARE VALLEY’S PROPERTIES FOOD CERTIFIED?

All our buildings are food grade. We are ASI certified in 300,000 square feet. We have the ability to expand the certified space required.

Q: WHAT TYPES OF WAREHOUSING DO YOU PROVIDE?

We offer customers three types of warehousing solutions: public warehousing, contract warehousing, and real estate services.

Q: CAN WE ACCESS THE WAREHOUSE ONLINE?

Yes, customers can access their accounts through our website. This provides you with visibility of your inventory and order activity.

Q: DO YOU HAVE COMPANY-OWNED WAREHOUSES? IF SO, WHERE ARE THEY LOCATED?

Yes, we are an asset based provider with locations along the I-81 corridor from Wilkes-Barre to Scranton.

Q: WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE A THIRD PARTY LOGISTICS PROVIDER WHEN I HAVE AN IN-HOUSE LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT TEAM?

Our third party logistics service offers you flexible space at a variable cost. These costs are not fixed and adjust with your inventory and activity levels.
